Ford Focus RS MK2 Tuning Packages.

We offer a number of well refined tuning packages for your MK2 Focus RS. We can tailor the calibration in your ECU to ensure all modifications are accommodated for and the vehicle runs as well as it possibly can.

Our tuning packages go up to in excess of 400 BHP but as I am sure you can appreciate this is a conversion that needs some discussion as to what best suits you as a driver / owner so those conversions are not detailed on the website as every owner and car will vary in their requirements.

We have opted to print only the most common conversions we offer in house up to and including our 395BHP drive in drive out package.

Stage 1 Package (345bhp)
This package lifts the power restrictions from within the ECU and enhances the power output to 345bhp.

The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • Evolution Chips Stage 1 ECU Remap
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Setup inc. Fuel, Boost & Detonation Check Under Load

Total cost including parts, labour and vat = £449.00 fitted.

WE recommend a free flow air filter is fitted for this conversion but it is not a necessity.
This can also be supplied and fitted at extra cost if you wish..

Stage 2 Package (360bhp)
This package allows the engine to breathe easier and enhances the power output significantly, up to 360bhp. The exhaust system generates an amazing noise under acceleration without intruding at cruising speeds and the new front mount intercooler keeps the air temperatures in check.

The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • K&N or Pipercross Air Filter
  • Mongoose Turbo Back 3" exhaust system with FIA approved sports cat**
  • Pro Alloy Front mount intercooler
  • Evolution Chips Stage 2 Remap
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Setup inc. Fuel, Boost & Detonation Check Under Load

Total cost including parts, labour and vat = £2400.00 fitted.

**We can offer the package with a ‘de cat’ pipe for Motorsport use but be aware that it will then fail any UK MOT.

Stage 3 Package (400bhp)
This package adds to the stage 2 package with some larger fuel injectors and even more boost along with a remap to suit and a new airbox and induction hose to help supply the extra volume of air required.

The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • K&N or Pipercross Air Filter
  • Mongoose Turbo Back 3" exhaust system with FIA approved sports cat**
  • Pro Alloy WRC spec Front mount intercooler
  • Mountune Airbox 
  • K&N Airfilter
  • SFS induction Hose 
  • Uprated Bosch Injectors
  • Evolution Chips Stage 3 Remap
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Setup inc. Fuel, Boost & Detonation Check Under Load

Total cost including parts, labour and vat = £4000.00 fitted.

**We can offer the package with a ‘de cat’ pipe for Motorsport use but be aware that it will then fail any UK MOT.
