Ford Focus RS MK1 Tuning Packages.

We offer a number of well refined tuning packages for the MK1 Focus RS that were all developed on our own personal vehicle. We can tailor the calibration in your ECU to ensure all modifications are accommodated for and the vehicle runs as well as it possibly can.

Our tuning packages go up to in excess of 300 BHP but as I am sure you can appreciate this is a conversion that needs some discussion as to what best suits you as a driver / owner so those conversions are not detailed on the website as every owner and car will vary in their requirements. We have opted to print only the most common conversions we offer in house up to and including our 285BHP drive in drive out package.

Stage 1 Package (260bhp) £1900 inc. VAT & Fitting

This package enhances the Focus RS driving experience greatly, with the same response as a standard car but a far stronger power band in the mid range. The noise from the exhaust system is a pleasant addition without becoming intrusive at motorway speeds.
The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • 3” Stainless System Exhaust System (Tailpipe Choice Available)
  • Catalytic Converter Replacement Pipe
  • K&N Panel Filter
  • Evolution Chips Remap
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Setup inc. Fuel, Boost & Detonation Check Under Load.

Stage 2 Package (285bhp) £2950 inc. VAT & Fitting
This package enhances the Focus RS experience even further with the removal of the restrictive standard manifold. This package reaches the safe limits of the standard turbocharger and is an excellent conversion to an otherwise standard car.
The package includes the supply and fitment of:

  • Cast Tubular Exhaust Manifold
  • 3” Stainless System Exhaust System (Tailpipe Choice Available)
  • Catalytic Converter Replacement Pipe
  • K&N Panel Filter
  • Evolution Chips Remap
  • Full Engine Management Diagnostics Check
  • Setup inc. Fuel, Boost & Detonation Check Under Load

 

Stage 3 Package (300+) £POA
We are happy to discuss your individual requirements to move the power level over 300bhp. There are a number of options available using larger frame turbochargers and bespoke mapping options. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your particular needs.
