Ford Fiesta Rs Turbo Tuning.

The Ford Fiesta Rs Turbo's really are still a fabulous car to tune and we still see these cars every month for one thing or another.

Whilst we don't offer a huge amount of products for them, we do still supply chips and management setups for them, and because we fully understand all aspects of the quirky EEC IV management system, we are in a position to make your poor running and idling Rs turbo run well again, so book her in for a setup now.

Ford Fiesta Rs Turbo Tuning.

This is a same day service and can be performed while you wait.
Approx time to complete is 3 hours.

By reprogramming the engine management system to allow more boost pressure, and safer timing, we can carefully raise the Boost pressure to 14 psi peak & gain a very substantial increase in power and torque. Maximum power of 165 Bhp is now produced. To achieve this we use our own chip and a new Garrett waste gate actuator that is much stronger than the original item.

The whole system is setup and checked to ensure everything is working as it should before we ask more power of it, then the finished conversion is road tested and fine tuned for maximum performance, drivability and reliability.
This conversion costs £350.00 inc vat fitted.

 

This is a same day service and can be performed while you wait.
Approx time to complete is 4 hours

The same work as per stage 1 is completed and then an uprated actuator is also fitted along with a slightly different ECU program.

Boost pressure can now safely be raised to 16 psi peak and 14psi held and the result is 175Bhp and around 165 lbs.ft of torque.

This conversion costs £450.00 inc vat fitted.

Approx time to complete is 4 hours

As well as a new chip and bigger actuator,  we also supply and fit a larger set of fuel injectors. (Bosch 701s). A new fuel filter and free flow air filter are strongly advised and can be fitted while its here at extra cost if you do not already have them.

Boost pressure can now safely be raised to 18 psi and the result is 195Bhp and around 185 lbs.ft of torque.

This conversion costs £650.00 fitted.

These conversions require you to sit down with us over a coffee and discuss your particular requirements, the use your car will be put to and what you expect from the vehicle.
